• This is a great general use paddle that is durable (approved by Bullet Proof’s 240 pound tester), and is also suitable for virtually anyone as it is light at 2.2 pounds. A key question with SUP paddles is always – do they float? This paddle has foam in the top part of the paddle shaft preventing almost any water entering, and even when held 3 feet under water for 5 minutes it still floats immediately ( even in fresh water which is less bouyant than salt water).
